GIROVAP Industrial Steam Floor Washer
Our Company has been operating in steam cleaning industry since year 2000, as of today we have reached certain knowledge background on the steam technology and its applications. Steam cleaning equipment has been manufactured since many years, however we believe that this technology has not yet been fully exploited and steam can still give us a lot of help from an ecological cleaning point of view. This always brings us to think about new and innovative solutions.
The last born GIROVAP Floor Washer is one of the examples; the aim of this new appliance is to improve the floor cleaning performance of the traditional floor washer, combining the power of the hot dry steam with the mechanical action of the motor powered brushes.
In the market there are well-known traditional floor washers which use motor powered brushes with the injection of huge quantity of cold solutions of various types of detergents on the floors.
The final goal of GIROVAP instead is to achieve the washing even of large areas with better efficiency and at the same time to save water and detergents. This new cleaning method will affect various factors, for example: a better water management brings advantages to the environment while at the same time the steam allows a deeper cleaning, bringing better results, which means customer’s satisfaction.
The steam generator can operate non-stop since it is provided with the continuous refilling system of the boiler which can be refilled at any time, even while using the appliance.
The tests confirm that the combination of the motor powered brushes with the steam brings a better cleaning result without necessarily the use of detergents, even though this option still remains available. This brings another advantage if we think that there are places where the use of detergents may be hazardous due to allergy problems and also for the fact that, whenever the detergent is used, it requires more water to rinse and avoid leaving chemical residuals on the surface.
In case the customer still wants to use detergents, we strongly recommend the use of biodegradable solutions.
The appliance maintains its traditional characteristics but it is innovated with the steam function which allows cleaning of any kind of floor and at the same time it also offers the possibility to use the steam generator separately and independently. In fact, the steam generator can be taken off the GIROVAP and used as a canister type steam cleaner, that is, as a backpack with its harness kit. In this way the operator can also make other steam cleaning applications using the steam attachments and working even in the hardest to reach places. We can think for example a kitchen environment, where a deep clean is necessary not only for the floor but also for the kitchenware and the cutlery and then think also schools, kindergartens and other public places.
