The first thing is the used water, demineralized water can grant the best finishing. The reason is that demineralized water is free from any limestone and salts that means it is pure water that can clean better without leaving any spot or stain on the treated surface. In the washing industry most of the detergents are stating on the instruction for use that the more hard water the more detergent is required. This is because detergent include also softening agents. By softening the water the soap cleans and can get rid of dirt.

We think there are different steam cleaning process that we would suggest you to try. Basically we can say that in steam wash the car is treated by piece of area, for example starting half side and then move to the next one. Than cleaning the front and the back. Before start it is recommended to spray little of specific detergent on wheel-rim and mud-guard, it can be possible to clean with only steam and without any detergent but it would take little longer process, especially if the rims are very dirt and there is much mud. Once sprayed you can start work on the car body with the steam and when finished steam clean wheel-rims and mud-guard.  

The materials needed; steam machine, clean water (possibly demineralized), detergent (long lasting shine effect finishing), 2 micro-fiber cloths;

• 4 stages process 
  
  • spray steam on half side of the car to remove any possible debris.
  • spray steam and detergent together
  • with only dry steam steam and wipe the area with 1 microfiber cloth
  • wipe and dry the surface with the other micro-fiber clot.
• 3 stages process 
  • spray steam on half side of the car to remove any possible debris.
  • spray steam with detergent and wipe the area with 1 microfiber cloth
  • wipe and dry the surface with the other micro-fiber cloth.
• 2 stages process
  • spray steam on half side of the car to remove any possible debris.
  • stpray dry steam and wipe with microfiber-cloth.

We are introducing a more powerful electric unit for steam car wash, powered with 380 Volts, 9000 Watts. 

With this Model we will be able to supply 10 meter steam flexible hose and grant 8 bar steam working pressure constantly. 

The machine will always have the detergent function with tap on the top and the 30 liters water tank placed on vertical position with inlet cap on the back side. The vacuum kit to steam and vacuum can be available as optional.

We think this Model can well fit all the indoor operating places such as garages, parking, Auto body shops, Car repair shops, Tyre shops, etc. Generally speaking the machine is ideal for all these operators that have the 380Volts (3-phases) power source available.

We are informing here what we recommend to obtain a good steam car wash finishing results. We think there are still different opinions on what is the best steam car washing process, everybody that is in this business may have familiarized with its own procedure.
