INDUSTRIAL ANTI-SCALE DEVICES
From the successful technology of permanent magnets and induction catalysts (Patent) a new line of professional water softeners for large industrial plants has been created.
This system does not involve any salts or chemical additives but it can naturally break down the calcium carbonate molecules transforming them into Aragonite. Ideal for any open flow water circuit, our anti-scaling device can prevent from the scale deposit even after water is heated after being treated. This is because the Aragonite crystals remain suspended in the water and they eventually flash out from the entire circuit.
This amazing technology consists of a powerful, selected magnets that break down the calcium carbonates and tranform them into Aragonite whose crystal shaped molecules remain in suspension. Furthermore, a catalyser ensures that this transformation process is longer lasting even in the presence of very hard water and in high temperature conditions.
NOTE: It is not that simple to place two magnets on each side of a water tube, the alternate polarity in combination with a calyser is the only known functional method. We would like to specify this because we are aaften receive many questions from users saying that they've experienced the same results by simply placing magnets outside the tubes.

MAIC products are manufactured in conformance with EEC directives (EC 80778).
The equipment is produced 100% in Italy, it is made of stainless steel AISI 304, the welding is highly resistant so the equipment can work under high pressure conditions, and it is furnihsed with threaded coupling in galvanized iron (optional stainless steel) or with stainless flanges UNI 2276.
