A single unit to clean and sanitize any surface!

IMEX-SVC05 is a commercial steam and vacuum cleaner with detergent injection function and water based filter with the possibility to adopt a post HEPA filter to ensure that the back outlet air is 99,9% purified.

This extraordinary appliance generates a very hot and powerful steam, 5 bar pressure, which allows to get rid of the most stubborn dirt quickly and easily leaving the treated surface perfectly sanitized and dried.

The efficient cleaning results given by the steam can be further improved by the combination with the detergent injection and extraction, IMEX-SVC05 is really the all in one appliance capable to wash and dry the surface in one passage.

The boiler is provided with two heating element of 1000W each that can be switched on/off individually according to the cleaning application required. If it is needed strong steam continuously then we need both heating elements ON, while if we need more vacuum cleaning we can leave only one element ON to save energy.

There are two light indicators; green light indicates the machine has finished the heating process and reached the ready temperature and pressure (5 bar), when you start steaming the green light turns off correctly as the pressure decrease while we generate the steam, when we release the steam the temperature and pressure in the boiler recover rapidely and the green light will turn ON again. The red light indicates the end of water.
Both steam and vacuum speed can be controlled on the main unit with regulating knobs.

The filtration is based on water but the machine exploits the power of the motor to generate a dynamic filtration, the molecular destroyer will ensure that all the particles are falling down to the bottom of the bucket and in the water.
On the back side there is the air outlet where eventually it is possible to apply the HEPA filter as optional. A probe will detect the level of the liquid in the recovery bucket and when the level has reached the maximum the suction will be stopped automatically, it is necessary to empty the tank to continue the suction.
