In the past we have experienced the time where the market has been flooded of cheap handy-steamers to soon realize they were not the right choice to steam clean effectively. Steam removes the dirt more efficiently than any chemical agent can do without leaving any trace of residual behind. Eliminating the use of chemical agents automatically reduces the average water consumption because when cleaning with any chemical solution it always requires much water to rinse though it is not possible to remove chemical particles from the surface 100%. Steam is the most ecological cleaning agent. Here below we would like to give some recommendations when it comes to choose the steam equipment for steam car wash as well as some hints on the procedure;

1. Continuous refill steam boiler for non-stop use is a must, when water ends the machine can refill instantly without any waist time.
2. Hot-dry steam with a constant pressure from 6 to 8 bar is fairly enough.
3. Water jet (Hydro-jet) function. This is fundamental because in presence of very dirty car it is necessary to liquefy the dirt which can be salt or mud as a first step. Going over with dry steam and microfiber without liquefying the dirt there is the risk to scratch the surface.
4. Detergent injection. We have seen many car washer using only dry steam and microfiber towel but this is not correct. A good cleaner is a must for the following two reasons;
   - steam is made of water and water itself may leave spots due to the calcium, especially in presence of hard water. A good cleaner, like SWS, injected with the steam can grant a good result with less effort.
   - Hot dry steam has a good degreaser but sometimes its combination with microfiber wiping process can create some friction on the surface so a good cleaner like our SWS biodegradable detergent can act as lubricant and it smooth the the wiping process protecting the surface. For steam cleaner that is not provided with detergent injection we recommend to use a sprayer.

1). Biodegradable products:

we are finalizing a strategic business alliance with an Italian young chemist who is very much keen on environment concerns. She started to develop environmental friendly detergents targeting to obtain the best cleaning possible results with the less impact on the environment. A lot of research is involved to prepare this line of bio-detergents but once ready we will be very much proud to push the used of them because we will strongly believe on them.

2). Anti-scaling systems:

We have a proven line of anti scaling physical treatment devices based on alternate magnetic polarities and with catalyzer. These are working very well on any equipments where water flows in an open constant circuit. (i.e: hot-water industrial cycles, heat-echanger units,  steam generators with burner boilers, refrigerator plants, high pressure water systems, etc.)

This is because the devices have the property to modify the calcium carbonate existing in the water into aragonite which crystals are in a shape that cannot deposit and encrust but just flash away with water.

 3). Steam Car Wash:

we are almost ready to add a new diesel machine on our actual range.We are also testing a special bio-degradable water based solution to spray wth the hot steam that allows not only to clean car exterior easily and quicker but to obtain shinying result without rinsing.
