IM.EX.SERVE is a Business to Business (B2B) Company based in Milan, Italy. We are exporters of Italian made cleaning equipment, such as steam cleaners, steam and vacuum cleaners, wet and dry vacuum cleaners as well as other health and ecology related products.

Our business activity started in 2000 with the aim to be an Italian Business to Business Company, servicing Manufacturers and providing Italian made Quality Products to Importers and Distributors, establishing long term projects and relationships.

 

 

Since we started we have been always asking ourselves "which benefits can a B2B Company bring to manufacturers, importers and distributors?"

 

There are several reasons which have been driven our mission and which we have put all our efforts on. Below we list up what we think are the points, in order of importance, that outline how a good Business to Business Company should be:

  2. It should have a solid knowledge on web programming and web marketing skills necessary to support the customers (Factories/Importers/Distributors) 24 hours a day.

Because the products selected have been chosen after an extensive market survey and research, their merits have been proved by many customers around the world, whose precious feed-backs continuously help us improve the product quality and performance.

This allows a B2B Company not only to supply importer/distributor with the best products and services but also to convey to them (OR to support them with) web-inquiries and business opportunities that come directly from the web and from specific geographical areas.
